NSW Land Registry Services Online contains information, data, documents, pages, plans and images (“The Material”) prepared by or licensed to NSW Land Registry Services (“NSW LRS”).

The Material is subject to the operation of the Copyright Act 1968, and it is owned or licensed to the State of New South Wales through NSW LRS.

NSW LRS warrants that it has obtained the necessary permissions with respect to any Material or any part of the Material in which it does not have the Copyright, in order to provide that Material through this website

In keeping with the NSW Land Registry Services’s commitment to encouraging the availability, dissemination and exchange of information (and subject to the operation of the Copyright Act), users are permitted to reproduce the Material for personal, in-house or non-commercial use without formal permission or charge. Any Material which is reproduced for personal, in-house or non-commercial use must include any copyright notice shown on the Material.

Formal permission from NSW LRS is required if you wish to modify, reproduce, alter, store or transmit the Material or create a work for purposes other than personal, in house or non-commercial use.

“Work” in this context refers to the product, object, artwork etc. created from or with the Material.

NSW Land Registry Services cannot and does not grant any permission or authority in respect of the copyright in the materials appearing in third-party Internet sites, and strongly recommends that you refer to the copyright statements on those sites before making use of the materials.
