The Document and Plan Status confirms whether, following lodgment at NSW LRS, a document or plan has been registered, is still under review or is still being examined. It also provides information on lodgment and registration dates and other status information.

Statuses: The most common status types are:

Registered: The document plan has been registered.
Under Examination: An examiner is working on the document or plan.
Under Requisition: The plan or document is not in order for registration, and the lodging party and/or the surveyor has been asked to provide further information and/or documentation.

Available Images: Having identified that a document is registered, you may wish to order an image of the document. Different ordering screens are available for this, depending on the type of document. Sometimes the document status details may be available here, but the document may not have a computerised image. In that case, you may visit NSW LRS at 1 Prince Albert Rd, Sydney.
