This report provides an index of the premises in a complex such as a shopping centre, office complex or retirement village.
ViewLease folios have been created for more than 400 complexes. Creation of Lease Folios is most likely in complexes with more than 20 registered leases.
The free Index of Premises in a Complex provides a list of the premises in a particular complex. To obtain information about leases affecting these premises use Title Search for individual premises or the Details of Leases in a Complex for the whole complex.
If you are unable to find a complex by name and do not have other references, you may be able to identify the Head Title by using a combination of the Street Address Inquiry and the Cadastral Records Enquiry (CRE) Search, both of which are free.
To use this search enter one of the following:
Head Title
Enter the title reference such as 2/SP45499 or 1/1023456.
Lease folio complex number
Enter the lease folio complex number such as LF22.
Name of complex
Enter the name of the complex listed in the lease register. An asterisk * may be used as a wildcard after a name or even one letter. For instance, W* will show a list of complexes starting with W and Westfield* will show a list starting with Westfield.
